About the Band

Spoonbeach was formed by Bassist/Vocalist Joey “Spoonman” Cucchiara. Our first self titled CD, Spoonbeach, is a rock album and our second is a Latin music CD entitled, “La Primera Cena”.

Like so many other bands, Spoonbeach has had it's share of line up changes, except, of course, for the Spoonman, Joey Cucchiara.

What follows is the start of the current line up of Spoonbeach, a story you, the reader, can hear in our podcast (Spooncast). It’s a very cool story, and one which we all hope will be in a Rockumentary one day real soon...

Spoonbeach performs as often as possible at the local South Florida spots and at festivals, while in constant pursuit of the bigger, better gig. Our show features music from both CDs and new material as well.
